Biography: Juan Torres serves as Deputy Director of Technology, for Franklin County Department of Job & Family Services. He is responsible for providing leadership for all technology delivery functions including project management, application development, infrastructure, information security, enterprise content management and service desk operations. Juan’s experience includes ten years of information technology experience in higher education and five years in government.
